Studio Casaguia currently ships to:
· Spain
· Balearic Islands | Canary Islands | EU countries
If you would like shipping to another destination, please contact us and we will check availability.
1.2 Processing Time
· Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
· During peak periods or product launches, handling time may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
1.3 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
· Spain: 2–6 business days
· Europe: 5-10 days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to the courier, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.
1.4 Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

· Weight & size of items
1.5 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
1.6 Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate.
Studio Casaguia is not responsible for:
· Failed deliveries due to an incorrect address
· Re-delivery costs charged by the courier
1.7 Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage (packaging and product).
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Studio Casaguia follows all EU and Spanish consumer protection laws (LGDCU).
You have the legal right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
2.1 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You may return an item within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.2 Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be:
· Unused
· In original condition
· In original packaging with all labels
· Properly protected for shipping
We cannot accept returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging.
2.3 Items Excluded From Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
· Custom-made or personalized products
· Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed
2.4 Return Shipping Costs
· The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
· We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
2.5 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned products.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees may not be refunded unless legally required.
